The more experiences of traveling, the more I am learning how my body adapts and the changes that I encounter. I have discovered a few things that have worked for me and my must-haves for traveling. These may not work for everyone, but this is what works best for me!

Dickinson's Witch Hazel: I use this everyday after I wash my face. I never realized how much excess dirt and oil still remains even after washing and this seems to do the trick to get rid of anything that gets left behind. My skin goes out of wack when traveling, especially with weather changes and this seems to be my lifesaver. I use this twice a day, once in the morning and again before I go to bed.

Burt's Bees Moisturizing Lip Balm: An absolute favorite and an easy find. With long flights, dry air, and changes in weather, my lips are in need of some hydration. Any lip balm can do the trick but Burt's Bees is all natural, lightweight, and smells and tastes yummy!

Clearasil- Rapid Rescue Deep Treatment Wash: My skin is overall very oily and extremely acne prone. I cannot miss a day of washing my face but this seems to balance and relieves my skin of any clogged pores or built-up dirt. An absolute traveling must-have for me!

Soniclear Petite Antimicrobial Sonic Skin Cleansing Brush: Soniclear provides cleaner, softer, smoother, and brighter skin plus a reduction in the appearance of pore size. One of the best gifts I have ever received and is a total game-changer. The travel case is a definite pro when traveling too! Skincare is a must for me in everyday life and this really takes care of all of my skin problems!

Another travel sized item and easy find! These very affordable hand sanitizers were a lifesaver for crunched time between flights and for airplane bathrooms...eek! I always go for the eucalyptus spearmint to sooth my anxiety but there are so many other scents to choose from!

A must have on the wrist at all times and a must for traveling! Flying always deflates my hair, leaving it looking like a hot mess once I land and a good old scrunchie seems to always do the trick getting it out of my way and pulled back, especially when the weather is insanely hot. It's a cute fashion piece too of course!

Victoria's Secret Travel Size Perfume Roll-On: No one wants to smell bad and no one wants to sit next to a smelly person on a long flight. This does the trick and a must have for me when I get a bit sweaty or nervous! A little behind my ears and on my wrists and I am good to go! Perfect for traveling!

Vitamins are an essential! I usually take hair, skin, and nails vitamins but I've started to throw some Magnesium in to my everyday routine. Magnesium prevents hair loss, protects your muscles and nerves, helps with sleep and alleviates your stress or anxiety! Health is super important so these are a must when and when not traveling!
